cancellation Policy
Cancellations accepted up to 24 hours before the scheduled service. Within 24 hours of the service, cancellations will be charged 50% of the scheduled cost. No call/no show will be charged 100% of the service scheduled.
Late arrival
Please arrive on time to your appointment. A 15 minute grace period will be given; anything after that may have to be rescheduled due to timing or not getting your full service done.

I accept cash, credit cards, Venmo, checks and Zelle. If paying with cash, I unfortunately do not provide cash back.
I strive to provide the highest quality hair services and client satisfaction. My goal is to ensure that you leave feeling confident and happy with your hair. However, due to the nature of the service, all services are final, and no refunds will be issued for services. If you’re unhappy with the outcome of the service, please contact me within 7 days of your appointment and I will be more than happy to accommodate you with making the necessary adjustments no additional cost.
